Cancellation & Refund Policy – Zeliant Educare

1. Application Cancellation
   • Requests must be submitted via email and are valid only after written confirmation from Zeliant Educare.
2. Refund Eligibility
   • Before document submission: 75% refund (excluding service charges)
   • After document submission but before visa processing: 50% refund
   • After visa processing or approval: No refund
   • Visa rejection: Tuition fee refund (as per university policy)
   • Post-arrival/course withdrawal: No refund from Zeliant Educare
3. Non-Refundable Charges
   • Registration, processing, documentation fees, visa, flight, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Timeline
   • Refunds (if applicable) processed within 30 working days upon receiving valid documentation.
5. Mode of Refund
   • Bank transfer only to the student’s or parent’s registered account. No cash or third-party payments.
6. Force Majeure
   • Delays or non-refund may occur due to events like war, pandemic, or government restrictions.
